Lampedusa combines some of our most distinguishable coloured yarns to create a layered weave, full of interest and texture. The original document was printed in a small artisan’s studio and dates to the early 1900s. The movement of the inspiration piece is what inspired Lampedusa, but transposing it into weave, with subtle, petal like motifs that have been layered with a striéd ground has given this exciting new design its sumptuous texture and sense of glamour.
